Payments
We accept all major credit and debit cards along with PayPal, Google Pay and Apple Pay.
Please note that the available payment methods may change depending on your region.
We do not accept cash on delivery.
We do not offer cash on delivery when you purchase online.
Products
We wanted to make unique, limited edition designs affordable for everyone.
So we decided to use a tiered pricing system.
When a design is first released, it's on the Launch Pad and a limited number of that design - which can be printed on t-shirts, sweatshirts, tote bags or as museum-quality fine art prints - are available at a low cost.
After they sell out, the design moves up to the Lift-Off tier at a slightly more expensive price, then Orbit and finally all that's left are a few in the highest-price Interstellar tier.
And when they're sold out... that's it, no more of that design will ever be available, on any product.
We've put together a handy size chart for you.
If you're still unsure please get in touch with us and we'll help you decide.
Returns
As we are a print on demand business we hold no stock, so we're unable to refund for items that don’t fit.
Use the size chart wisely (include link) and please only order what you think will fit.
The best way to change your order is to contact us via the chat on our website (bottom right hand corner).
Please note that if your order has been printed we won't be able to make any changes to your order and you would need to place a new order.
All orders are automatically and immediately sent to our print on demand supplier so it's not always possible to cancel orders as they may already have been printed.
If your order hasn't been printed we are of course happy to look into cancelling it for you.

If you have placed an order and it has already been printed we are unable to cancel it.
Shipping
Orders are usually printed and shipped within 1-3 days and, depending where you are in the world, delivery typically takes 1-3 days.
To give you an example, a customer recently ordered 3 art prints at 9:15pm on a Sunday and they were delivered on the Wednesday morning.
Occasionally things do take a little longer and you can always track your order status from the link in your confirmation email or via your customer account at https://account.flipprints.com.
The tracking link in your order confirmation email or via your customer account will provide you with up-to-date information about your package.
If it gets stuck or never gets delivered to you, please contact our support and we can assist you with the next steps.
In the unlikely event your item arrives damaged, please take a photo of the damage as well as the packaging and shipping label and email them, together with your name and order number, to us at store@flipprints.com.
Please note that if you can't provide photos of the damage we won't be able to offer a replacement.
